By using LedgerLift (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
What LedgerLift does
LedgerLift is a browser-based tool that converts statement PDFs into spreadsheet files on your own device. It is a utility, not a financial, accounting, tax or legal service, and does not provide financial advice.
License
The free version lets you convert a limited number of transactions per file. A one-time Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the full version on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or your license key.
Acceptable use
- Only convert documents you have the legal right to process.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the licensing of the Service.
Accuracy & your responsibility
LedgerLift extracts data automatically and shows it to you for review. Automated extraction can make mistakes. You are responsible for verifying the converted data before relying on it, especially for tax, accounting, or financial decisions. The editable preview is provided so you can check and correct results prior to export.
Refunds
If the Service didn't work for your statements, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Because the product is delivered as a license key, we ask that you tell us briefly what went wrong so we can improve.
Cancellation & data deletion
Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel. We store none of your files. To remove your license key from a device, use the "Remove from this device" option on the converter page. To request deletion of your purchase record held by our payment provider, contact us.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerLift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on converted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
